Sorry, at this time our shipping partners are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses addresses so you will need to provide a street address. If you provide a PO Box or APO/FPO military address, it will delay shipment of your items.
What should I do if I want claim a quality complaint?
In this case please contact our customer service immediately. In order to solve every complaint efficiently, we may need your help and full support: first, we need some information such as the description of the encountered problem, including words, photos (the higher the quality, the better), and the evidence showing that the product is shopped from ETS (there is "ETS" stamp on the product). After we get these information, we will work together with our QC engineer to solve our customers' problems. For more details, please refer to Warranty Policy and WEA Process.
Can I get a refund immediately if I choose to cancel the order when being told that the order item(s) is out of stock?
It depends on the shipping type and stock condition. We provide two types of shipping method: Expedited Shipping (2-4 business days) and Economy Shipping (5-7 business days.) If the ordered goods cannot be shipped within 2 business days (Expedited Shipping) or 3 business days (Economy Shipping), it would be determined as TOS (temporarily out of stock).
Usually, we start to process and ship the order in one business day after confirming the payment. When you are notified that the ordered item is TOS or the inventory stock fail our QC so that we need to replenish the inventory, if you require a refund in this case, we will wait until the last day of the required fulfilling time for the two different shipping methods. During this period, we will try our best to keep the stock replenished and ship the order within required fulfilling time.
